Black FRMs Connect provides educational and professional development services for people interested in field reimbursement, field access, and related healthcare roles. Services may include coaching, mock interviews, résumé feedback, group sessions, events, and access to our on-platform community.

We may change, pause, or discontinue a service, feature, or program. We will provide any notice or refund required by applicable law or the terms presented when you purchase a service.

Our services are for general educational and professional development purposes. They are not legal, medical, financial, tax, or employment-placement services. Information shared during a session is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional or for your employer’s policies and compliance requirements.

We do not guarantee that you will obtain an interview, job offer, promotion, compensation level, or other particular outcome. Results depend on many factors, including your experience, preparation, qualifications, and decisions made by employers.

You must provide accurate information when registering or purchasing services. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.

Our services are intended for adults aged 18 or older. Do not share your account or allow another person to access a member-only service unless we authorize it.

Membership fees, billing frequency, included benefits, and applicable taxes will be shown at checkout or in the applicable offer.

If a membership renews automatically, it will continue at the disclosed price and billing interval until canceled. To cancel, email blackfrmsconnect@gmail.com. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless the checkout terms or applicable law provide otherwise.

Except where required by law or stated in the applicable offer, fees already paid are nonrefundable and we do not provide partial-period refunds. If a payment fails, we may suspend membership access until the payment issue is resolved.

To support a respectful and professional community, you agree to:

• Treat members and facilitators respectfully. Harassment, intimidation, discrimination, and personal attacks are not allowed.
• Share only content you have the right to share.
• Respect other members’ privacy. Do not publish their contact information, private messages, or personal stories without permission.
• Avoid posting confidential employer information, trade secrets, or patient information, including protected health information.
• Use the community for its intended professional and educational purposes. Do not spam, impersonate another person, or misrepresent your credentials.

We may remove content, restrict access, or suspend or end an account if we reasonably believe a member has violated these Terms or poses a risk to the community.

Online spaces cannot guarantee that other participants will keep shared information confidential. Please use your judgment before sharing personal or professional information.

The website and its original materials—including written content, videos, worksheets, training materials, graphics, and branding—belong to Black FRMs Connect or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use materials provided to you for your personal learning. You may not copy, sell, publish, distribute, record, or create derivative materials from them without our prior written permission.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You give us permission to use it as reasonably necessary to provide the service, operate the community, and display it where you chose to post it. We will obtain your permission before using your testimonial or identifying information in public marketing, unless your submission clearly authorized that use.

Some website features, such as payment processing, may rely on third-party service providers. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, websites, or content.

To the extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise that the website or services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available.

To the extent permitted by law, Black FRMs Connect and its owners, team members, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or services.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for a claim related to a paid service will not exceed the amount you paid us for that service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your misuse of the website or services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any legal action concerning these Terms or the services must be brought in a state or federal court located in Harris County, Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the effective date. Your continued use of the website or services after revised Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
