Why this community was created.
Our community was created with a simple purpose: to help bridge the gap between professional experience and career opportunity through education, mentorship, and meaningful connections.
We recognize that many healthcare professionals possess valuable skills and experience but may not be familiar with the opportunities available within the pharmaceutical industry.
At Black FRMs Connect, we help professionals recognize their transferable skills, strengthen their industry knowledge, and develop the confidence to pursue new career opportunities.
Through career transition coaching, résumé reviews, mock interviews, educational Knowledge Lab sessions, and professional networking, we provide resources designed to support our members throughout their professional journeys.
